5-month journey into deep space, eventually reaching lunar orbit and attempting a touchdown on the surface.

In April 2023, M1 completed Success Milestone 8 and begin the landing sequence. Although soft landing could not be achieved, valuable data and insights gained throughout the missions are already being applied towards our follow-up missions.

The M1 lander began final landing approach with controlled attitude. Although the landing was not successful, valuable data was acquired.
